Special Santa is a Chillicothe Jaycees project and is not part of any other group or agency.

Special Santa is for children (ages 2-10) who may not get presents otherwise.  Special Santa is "special" because our givers try to get what the children would ask Santa for, and our goal is to continue the belief in Santa.  Your children are more likely to get what they ask for if it's not very expensive.

Applications can be filled out ONLINE ONLY.  ONLY APPLY ONCE.  Duplicate or incomplete applications will not be accepted.  Use a second application if applying for more than 5 children.

Applications are due Friday October 11th.  We are not responsible for lost applications or ones not received on time.

How to pick up packages:

​

Distribution days will be Wednesday, December 4th -Friday, December 13th  from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 3:-4:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday.  (SUBJECT TO CHANGE!).

SPECIAL SANTA WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN YOUR PACKAGES ARE READY FOR PICKUP.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PICK UP PACKAGES UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED.  PLEASE ENSURE WE HAVE VALID CONTACT INFORMATION IN DECEMBER (email or text us to update contact info if needed).

All packages must be picked up by Friday December 13th at 4:30pm.

Pickup location: Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library Annex Building (140-145 South Paint St.)

You must have ID for yourself and children (such as photo ID, social security card, birth certificate, or medical insurance card).  

​

If anyone besides you will be picking up the packages, their name MUST be listed on your application.
